  • 400g coconut yoghurt
  • 4 pineapple slices (sweetened, canned)
  • coconut chips

How to prepare the coconut yoghurt

  1. Divide the yogurt into 2 bowls.
  2. Fry the pineapple slices in a pan or with a contact grill until they are nicely golden brown.
  3. Roast the coconut chips in a pan.
  4. Serve the coconut yoghurt with the caramelized pineapple slices and the toasted coconut chips.
