I love to enjoy this sweet treat for breakfast, as a dessert, or as a snack. It’s a perfect little portion of joy, sun, and happiness.

- 30 g semolina
- 250 ml milk (plant-based, for example, soy milk)
- 30 g of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
Mango Puree
- 1 ripe mango
Topping
- Granola
- Strawberries

How To Make This Easy Vegan Summer Dessert
- Combine the milk, sugar, and salt in a small saucepan and bring to boil, stirring constantly. Now add the semolina and cacao powder and continue cooking over medium heat. Simmer for up to 5 minutes until the semolina is creamy and thick. Then take the pot off the stove and let cool down.
- For the mango puree, peel the mango and blend until you get a creamy, nice puree.
- Fill chocolate semolina pudding in 2-3 glasses, add mango puree, and top with homemade granola and fresh raspberries.
