This creamy Pineapple Peach Smoothie Bowl is the perfect breakfast for late summer days. It’s not only sweet and delicious, but is also packed with healthy fibers, vitamins and antioxidants.
While the weather of the last few weeks has been very unstable and the warm sunny days slowly have to give way to the gray rainy days, I try to hold onto summer a bit longer. Instead of indulging myself in the fall enjoyment of pumpkins and pears, I’ve decided to make my breakfast with “sunny” fruits. This not only brightens the mood, but also provides enough vitamins C to strengthen the defense and survive the fluctuating temperatures without a cold.

- Homemade Granola
- Energy Balls
- Fresh fruits
- Peanutbutter
- Almond butter
- Goji-Berries
- Grated coconut
Especially the combination of fresh blueberries and almond butter is great!

Pineapple Peach Smoothie Bowl

- 2 Nectarines
- 1 Banana
- 1/4 Ananas
- 50 ml non dairy milk
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with your favourite topping.
