Salad:
- 1/2 radicchio
- 2 oranges
- 2 tbsp walnuts
Dressing:
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- salt and pepper
This is how you prepare the radicchio salad
- Wash radicchio and cut into thin strips.
- Peel the oranges and divide into pieces.
- Toast the walnuts in a small pan until nicely browned.
- Mix all the ingredients for the dressing.
- Mix the radicchio with the oranges, stir in the dressing and serve with the roasted walnuts.
