This rosemary grapefruit cocktail tastes fruity, sparkling, and delicious! Depending on whether you like your drink sweet or tart, you can adjust this cocktail accordingly.
Which ingredients do you need for this rosemary grapefruit cocktail?
- Grapefruit juice: I simply squeezed out ripe grapefruit.
- Rosemary Syrup: You can find the recipe for the syrup below.
- Non-alcohol gin: You can use non-alcoholic or alcoholic gin for the recipe.
- Tonic: Rounds off the cocktail perfectly.

Rosemary Grapefruit Cocktail (Makes 2 Glasses)
- 100 ml grapefruit juice
- 100 ml rosemary syrup
- 50 ml (non-alcohol) gin
- Tonic
Rosemary Syrup (Makes 350 ml)
- 200 g Sugar
- 250 ml Water
- 6 sprigs of rosemary
Instructions
Rosemary Grapefruit Cocktail:
Pour Grapefruit juice into 2 glasses. Add syrup and gin. Fill up with tonic to pour taste.

Rosemary Syrup:
Mix all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to boil and simmer over medium heat until the sugar has completely dissolved. Allow to cool, remove the rosemary and fill into a bottle. Store in the fridge.
