Pancakes:

200g spelt flour
300 ml oat milk
2 tbsp vanilla sugar
2 tbsp baking powder
150g currants (plus more for topping)
1 pinch of salt

Toppings:

Sugar beet molasses (or maple syrup)
Fresh currants

How to prepare the spelt pancake recipe?

Mix all the ingredients for the pancakes in a mixing bowl to form a smooth batter.
Heat margarine or coconut oil in a coated pan. Bake the batter in batches, baking the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
