Ingredients

  • 1/4 melon
  • A handful of strawberries
  • 5-6 cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh mint (roughly chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons of za‘atar
  • Toasted flaked almonds

Instructions

  1. Cut Melon into small pieces and put it into a big bowl.
  2. Wash and cut tomatoes and strawberries and put them into the bowl.
  3. Wash and chop mint leaves. Put into the salad bowl.
  4. Add Za’atar and mix the salad well.
  5. In a little pan, toast almond flakes until golden brown.
  6. Garnish salad with almond flakes and enjoy.
