Summer Melon Salad

Ingredients
- 1/4 melon
- A handful of strawberries
- 5-6 cherry tomatoes
- Fresh mint (roughly chopped)
- 2 teaspoons of za‘atar
- Toasted flaked almonds
Instructions
- Cut Melon into small pieces and put it into a big bowl.
- Wash and cut tomatoes and strawberries and put them into the bowl.
- Wash and chop mint leaves. Put into the salad bowl.
- Add Za’atar and mix the salad well.
- In a little pan, toast almond flakes until golden brown.
- Garnish salad with almond flakes and enjoy.
