Irresistibly crispy and light, these no-bake chocolate crisps are easy to make and require only 2 ingredients. Adjust them by adding coconut, nuts or puffed amaranth if you like.
My dears,
sweet things have always been my favorite thing, but sometimes it’s hard to get sweet vegan candy other than chocolate bars. That’s why I try to create my own candy using homemade chocolate and very simple and raw ingredients.
For a few months now, I am making those chocolate crisps and I really like them a lot. They are simple to make and so delicious. I haven’t dedicated a blog post to them yet, because I thought it might be too simple and too boring. But who doesn’t like a simple and quick recipe once in a while, right?

What I like about this recipe, is that you can adjust it to your current appetite. Do you want some tropical flavor? Then just add some coconut flakes. Do you want it to be more crispy? Add some puffed quinoa or amaranth. You can also try these chocolate crisps with other nuts, dried fruits, orange or lemon zest, cinnamon or whatever you feel like. Get creative!
