Have a lovely day!
- 1 block firm tofu
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- zest of 1/2 lemon
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dill (dried)
- 1/2 tsp oregano (dried)
- 1/2 tsp marjoram (dried)
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Drain tofu and cut into little cubes.
- Fill tofu cubes together with other ingredients in a sealable glass/container and place in refrigerator overnight (or for at least 6-8 hours). The longer the tofu sits in the mixture, the tastier the feta will be.
- The vegan feta cheese will last in the fridge about 5 days if the tofu is kept in the liquid.
