What do you need to make this vegan Semolina Bowl?
Semolina Pudding:
- 30 g semolina
- 250 ml milk (plant-based, for example, soy milk)
- 30 g of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
Raspberry Sauce:
- 100 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup
Topping
- Granola
- Hemp seeds
- Cinnamon sugar (optional)

How to make vegan semolina with raspberry sauce
- Combine the milk, sugar, and salt in a small saucepan and bring to boil, stirring constantly. Now add the semolina and continue cooking over medium heat. Simmer for up to 5 minutes, stirring, until the semolina is nice and thick. Then take the pot off the stove and let it rise briefly.
- For the raspberry sauce, heat all the ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer for about 2-3 minutes until the raspberries thaw and boil down nicely.
- Now arrange the semolina pudding with the warm raspberry sauce in a bowl and arrange the granola, hemp seeds and cinnamon sugar.
