Ingredients

  • 1 can of giant white beans (drained)
  • 1 clove of garlic (peeled)
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3-4 tbsp cold water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • salt as needed

Topping:

  • Fresh herbs and pomegranate seeds

Instructions

Place all ingredients for the dip in a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy, scraping the sides and adding more water as needed. Top with fresh herbs and pomegranate seeds.
