What ingredients do you need for the chocolate semolina pudding?
Chocolate semolina:
- 60 g soft wheat semolina

- 40 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Topping:
- 1 orange, filleted
- Almond butter
- Dark chocolate, chopped

How is the winter chocolate semolina porridge prepared?
- In a small saucepan, bring the milk, sugar, and salt to a boil, stirring constantly.
